New small cars for 2009..

Hey guys ....

Lets have a look at some of the new small cars slated to release in the Indian market in 2009.


1. Suzuki A-star
I ll start with Maruti Suzuki ... its launching the new A-Star. This model, launched as new Suzuki Alto in a recent Paris Motor Show, will be called as A-Star in India. Maruti is considering this to be an important launch in a long time. Build on a completely new platform, the A-Star is slightly broader, taller and longer than the Alto. However the most eye catching feature is the swept-back head lamps. Also one of another interesting feature is a rally-car like tachometer which is separately installed.

Price of the car is expected to be between Rs.3-4 Lakh.

2.Maruti Splash

Next one from the same company is the Maruti Splash. Its basically designed to be a family hatchback with a relatively higher seating position than the Swift. Its got a smarter design whcih ensures a spacious interior .
Its price is expected to be in the range of Rs.4-5 Lakh.
For all technical people out there this splash comes with a 1242CC petrol engine .. max Power of 86bhp and torque 11.4kgm. A diesel version is also expected with the same Multi-jet engine as in the swift ..

3. Hyundai i20

Next is a car coming from Hyundai..... Hyundai is launching i20 in Jan-2009. This i20 will be built in Hyundai's Chennai plant. Although the i20 is being introduced as a replacement for Getz in Europe, in India it ll be sold along side Getz. With real rich interiors and larger space the i20 is set to capture lots of hearts.

Price is expected to be in the range if Rs.5-6 lakh with a engine capacity of 1197 cc .

4. Tata Nano
The most awaited car for the typical Indian Common Man. .. its slated to release next year... It has had a troubled birth which has delayed its entry into the market.Its not only cheap but real funky and its cute. To be priced in the range of Rs.1-1.2 Lakh, it is set to become the most cheapest car ever sold in the Indian market. Tata is providing an option of customizing the car with everything from power steering to leather seats and alloy wheels..

5. Fiat Grande Punto
This hatch back is set to release in May next year. It ll be runnining on the same diesel engine doing duty in Swift, Indica and Palio. So fuel-economy is going to be top notch. Build quality has been Fiat's Strength and Punto doesnt dissapoint either. Price is expected to be around Rs.5 Lakh. Its a hatch definitely worth waiting for.

Being a HERO

Hello everyone.

Back to the discussion which i started. Talking to oneself. It is highly important that we talk to ourselves and have u know kind of one to one discussion with ur inner self. Must have watched in a lots of movies where our great actors look into the mirror and talk to themselves. might seem funny at that moment but this is one real good practice. of course u would be comfortable doing it in a closed room.

Now in order that ur self confidence levels or self esteem levels or whatever want to name it as; has to be on higher scale the first important thing is that u have to be a HERO to urself :) by talking to ur inner self it is possible that u find out what strengths u have.. what weakness u have ... u have to understand urself completely.... if ur able to understand urself completely, then yes.. i would say there is nothing in this world which is going to stop u .. :)

By getting to understand urself, u get a chance to evaluate ur self, how u react at different situations and what decisions ur bound to take when ur placed in any type of condition.....

ok .. for this post i ll put my thoughts in a single sentences....

BE A HERO TO URSELF... AND UNDERSTAND URSELF THOROUGHLY IN AND OUT....

Mobility of devices has improved drastically. Laptops are now manufactured ensuring least possible weight and highest possible technology loaded into them.

Latest in this field is NETBOOKS :) the most compact version of laptops. With 7"-10" wide screen and almost equivalent configuration as a normal laptop. So if u want a real MOBILE Computer then check this out .. might be a right option :)

A Choice for a gift

I always find it difficult to chose an appropriate gift for someone. And in recent times i got a bit vexed up choosing gifts . :) i had to buy gifts for almost 5 people in a row . :)

As i was surfing i found this one a good choice . of course its a bit expensive but still not so that it is not affordable . :) U r getting DIGITAL PHOTOFRAMES which have internal memory. Once u store all the photos in that it keeps changing the photo at intervals :)

U can check out the latest ones from Yahoo shopping .. it gives u a wide variety of choices .

The effect of Financial breakdown on IT people

Dont worry guys.. am not going to talk about financial condition or job security or any other stuff about Software engineers. rather we ll talk about another peculiar problem. :)

Last heard fathers of to-be-married girls dont want software engineers as their son-in law :) since the financial market is down, even the software boys are down :) so it has become difficult for boys to find matches now :) thank god my mom's not looking out matches for me now .. :) or else i would have to possibly face the same situation . so all boys out there .. wish that the market condition improves .. :) it ll help us in all the ways .

Welcome to my world. There is a reason behind which i have named the blog as THE WORLD WITHIN. I believe that every person has got some specialty of his own and thoughts of his own. THE WORLD WITHIN a person might be really different from what u see outside. And if a person is able to recognize that WORLD and starts to live in it, then i guess thats the best thing which can happen to him in his/her life .
